Postal Article To Be Returned To The Sender
(1) The Government of Nepal may frame Rules to provide for the return of postal articles in the course of dispatch without the consent of the addressee or return to the sender subject to the conditions as prescribed.
(2) Except otherwise provided in the Rules framed Sub-section (1), no one shall be entitled to request for the return of postal article after it is dispatched from the post office.
